Obtaining his first Michelin star back in 1987, one could state Chef Stéphane Buyens knows a thing or two on decent food and where to find it. According to him, chef Nils Van Drievoet from the eponymous restaurant Nils is one hell of a talented guy, serving pure and straightforward food.
