If you don’t know what a ‘Frietkot’ or ‘Baraque à frites’ is… then this is a difficult one to explain. But trust us, this is the best one in the hood. We personally prefer to eat in, so our fries don’t get the chance to become limp that way. But if you insist on taking your order home, ask Stefaan & Mireille to not put salt on the fries. This way they’ll remain crispier until you put salt on them back home ;-).
