For over 40 years this has been a restaurant with a great price/pleasure ratio and a no-nonsense cuisine where the chef is not necessarily afraid of butter or cream. Think roasted chicken, grilled bone marrow or king prawns, fried chicken hearts, Txistorra, patta negra, and 7 (SEVEN!) breeds of matured beef. Good to know and unique in the region: you can still have lunch quite late here. Did someone just say late night snacks?
